Rowe's Lake. (40 PEGS)        

The Silvers Match Lake.

Rowe's Lake is a 40 peg match lake of about 4.25 acres, situated East of the Clawford Complex.

Easy access to Rowes Lake can be made through the gate off the main road, 50 yards south of the main entrance to Clawford or if prefered on the main car park next to the day ticket hut.

The access road will lead down to a small Car Park the west bank.

This lake is 4 to 12 feet deep with a central fishing bank running the length of the lake.

 

The central bank is a five meters wide island with an islands either side of the central fishing bank.

This lake is well stocked at 1,750 lbs. per acre with every species of fish on the Clawford complex including Specimen Bream, Roach, Rudd, Tench, Crucian Carp and with a small amount of King Carp.

Carp go to 23 lbs., Bream to 7 lbs., Roach to 2.75 lbs. and Tench to 2.5 lbs.

Organized match fishing events will be from the North and South Banks & the central bank running down the center of the lake.

Car parking is provided in the main car park next to the Day Ticket hut, for easy access to the Pole Fishing Lakes.

This lake is available for fishing on a day ticket.

Day tickets for Rowes Lake can be purchased in the day ticket hut on the main car park.

Edwards Lake can be booked for organized club matches.

Angling clubs can book this lake for matches throughout the year.
